I found this really helpful. I've converted an old 3 HP NC knee mill to accept g-code, and I was hoping you could do a quick video on reducing chatter and what "bad/non-ideal" machining sounds like. I'm not sure what sounds I should be aiming for and when I'm trying to dry mill aluminum, and I'd appreciate your help.
Those look like cat30 tool holders. What type of CNC machine are you using?
